What You’ll Do: Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
- Machine parts to tight tolerances and verify with precision measuring tools.
- Work on custom repairs and high-priority industrial builds.
- Operate independently while staying part of a tight-knit, skilled crew.
What We’re Looking For : Experience: 3–5+ years in a machine shop environment.
- Skill: Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools accurately.
- Red Seal: Preferred, but we value proven experience over a piece of paper.
- Reliability: You have your own tools and reliable transportation (no transit access here).
- Attitude: You take pride in your work and want to work in a shop that feels like a shop, not a cubicle.
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
