We are looking to hire a new lawyer to join our small, friendly labour and employment firm.
In our busy litigation practice we specialize in representing unions and employees in all kinds of legal matters. We appear for our clients at all levels of court, and before labour arbitrators, the Alberta Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
We would like to hire a junior lawyer (1-4 years call) with some litigation experience. We are looking for someone with:
- excellent people skills
- confidence in their own abilities
- litigation experience at reputable Canadian law firm, ideally (but not necessarily) in the areas of labour and employment law
- a strong academic record
- active membership in a Canadian Law Society
This position will be ideal for someone who wants to work for great clients in a collegial environment, and who is capable of working independently to handle all aspects of a file.
