Our manufacturing client in the Guelph area is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the General Manager and local leadership team to support facility objectives.
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proactively handle employee relations and offering coaching to managers as needed.
- Maintain payroll fluency, understanding general compliance.
- Act as a positive influence on company culture and a "cheerleader" for change initiatives.
- Engage with new initiatives, including the transition to a new HRIS and payroll system, and implement a new compensation module.
- Foster a great company culture.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Adaptability to new technology, specifically with HRIS transitions.
- Experience in change management.
- Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Poise, energy, and presence to positively influence culture.
- Experience coaching new managers and guiding them through challenges.
- Seasoned in employee relations.
- Ability to travel to the U.S. for HR summits (passport or ability to travel internationally required).
- Familiarity with compensation philosophy is a bonus.
