Overview
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring smooth service operations, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Compensation & Incentives
- Hourly wage: $15–$19 per hour (base wage), based on experience
- Tips: In addition to hourly wage, staff receive tips
- Average total earnings are approximately $19–$25 per hour including tips, depending on shift and performance
- Performance Bonuses:
In addition to hourly wage and tips, staff may receive occasional performance bonuses.
During high-performing weekends or holidays, when sales exceed certain targets, front-of-house staff may receive random cash bonuses, typically around $20 per person per day.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and process payments (cash and card)
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all front-of-house areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations during food handling and service
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken) is required
