Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapists to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop personalized massage treatment plans
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques tailored to individual client requirements
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Experience
- Valid registration with CMTO
- New graduates welcome
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with diverse clientele
Pay: $62.00-$82.00 per hour
