We are looking for a Sales Associate for Saturdays and Mondays and potentially extra coverage on weekdays. The current position available is Part-time.
Duties include:
Greeting customers, answering the phone and emails in a professional manner, offering assistance, lending opinions, and providing product information. Good manual dexterity is a must. Demonstrating outstanding customer service and sales skills are a must.
A Sales Associate will be responsible for processing payments, cleaning and maintaining shop, showroom, and jewellery. We are looking for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, has attention to detail, presentable, professional, and passionate about jewellery.
