We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide safe, effective, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educate clients on self-care, home exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and infection prevention practices.
- Manage appointment schedules and follow-up recommendations.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current Professional Liability Insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to patient-centred care.
