**Job Overview:**
We are seeking experienced, reliable, energetic, and engaging Lead Coaches to join our team. As a Lead Soccer Coach at Little Kickers, you will play a vital role in providing a fun and positive introduction to soccer for children aged 18 months to 8 years. Coaches employ their imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere.
**Duties:**
- Greeting customers, welcome participants, and deliver an amazing onsite experience each week.
- Lead engaging soccer sessions and games for pre-school children, focusing on skill development and fostering a love for the game.
- Motivate and inspire young players to participate actively.
- Holding the attention of children in a fun and energetic way
- Ensure all coaching sessions adhere to Little Kickers' philosophy of fun, non-competitive play. (All Little Kickers training is provided).
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide feedback on children's progress and encourage involvement in their child's sporting journey.
**Skills:**
- Previous experience as a Lead Sports Coach. Playing soccer is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with young children and parents effectively.
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to suit different age groups and skill levels.
- Access to a vehicle and able to carry and maintain soccer equipment.
- Enthusiastic, and outgoing personality, able to be fun and imaginative.
- High energy, physically fit and able to coach young children for 3+ hours.
- Have a positive and growth mindset.
