Georgian Water & Air (GWA) is a locally owned and operated water treatment company that has provided water conditioning, softening, and filtration solutions across Central Ontario since 2014, serving Barrie, Orillia, Midland, Penetanguishene, Collingwood, Parry Sound, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Bradford, Newmarket, and the surrounding areas. We also provide residential and commercial air purification and whole-home filtration systems, along with cottage water systems. Our company is seeking an Appointment Setter and Service Coordinator to help us coordinate appointments with our customers. A successful candidate will help us book and coordinate customer appointments for our sales and service techs. This position is open to both experienced candidates who are great at scheduling appointments, and those with no experience who are willing to learn the process and follow a detailed protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Call warm leads provided by GWA using a structured but conversational approach.
- Book a date/time for a GWA water quality specialist visit.
- Answer questions and provide advice regarding GWA and the water products we retail.
- Keep client and staff information confidential.
- Meet daily and weekly booking targets.
- Manage the daily service calendar – confirming customer appointments including address, time, and attendance.
- Coordinate follow-up visits, warranty calls, and preventive maintenance appointments.
- Review completed appointments to verify equipment/products are accurately recorded for invoicing and inventory.
- Handle inbound service inquiries with professionalism; escalate high-risk situations to management.
Required
- 2+ years in a customer service role.
- Self-motivated - Able to stay focused working independently.

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
