Duties
- Assist the Director of Care in managing the overall clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Supervise nursing staff, care aides, and support personnel to deliver patient-centered care that meets or exceeds quality standards
- Coordinate patient care plans, including assessments, treatments, and case management to optimize health outcomes
- Oversee staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and skilled team
- Monitor budget adherence related to care services, supplies, and staffing to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Support the onboarding process for new staff members by providing mentorship and guidance on best practices in senior care and assisted living environments
- Ensure documentation accuracy in medical records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or hospice care environments with a strong understanding of senior and medical care needs
- Good Standing Nursing License with CNO.
- Licensed as RPN or RN
- Supervising experience with a focus on fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional development among healthcare staff
- Deep knowledge of patient care procedures, medical terminology, and acute care practices
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to healthcare operations and resource management
- Expertise in case management to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to navigate healthcare regulations confidently while maintaining compassionate patient interactions

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
