We’re hiring Baristas who can make every guest feel welcome, cared for, and ready to come back.
The Role
As a Barista, you'll create a welcoming experience from the first coffee to the last interaction. You'll prepare coffee and other beverages with care and consistency, keep your station clean and organized, and make sure guests feel looked after throughout their visit. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly, maintain high standards, and handle guest requests thoughtfully. Experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and willingness to learn.
What you bring
- Barista experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person
- A genuine interest in coffee, beverages, and creating a great guest experience
- Strong communication and a team-first approach
- Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve certification
