Great Northern Plumbing is a well-established Mechanical Contractor that has been serving Calgary and surrounding area since 1994. Known for quality workmanship and long-term client relationships, we are growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the plumbing and HVAC scopes on small to medium sized commercial construction projects.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
The key roles and responsibilities of the Project Manager position include:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Review and interpret contract documents and drawings
- Complete accurate material takeoffs prior to project kick-off
- Prepare purchase orders for approval and track procurement
- Develop and manage construction schedules and labour forecasts
- Price and manage change orders, site instruction, and change directives
- Submit monthly progress claims and manage project cash flow
- Coordinate subtrades, startups, commissioning, and as-built documentation
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Attend site meetings on a regular basis
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project progress
Assets & Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

- Autobid
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a project management, senior field or mechanical leadership role
- Red Seal (RSE) or equivalent trade certification preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
