Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of HR practices and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee various HR programs and initiatives
-Conduct benefit enrollment process
-Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verifying timesheets.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Collaborate with HR team to improve HR processes and systems
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and payroll software (e.g., Kronos) ADP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
