We are a direct-response marketing company locally created in Calgary to help businesses reach their ideal customers through photo-verified door hanger distribution. We rely on accurate, verified delivery to drive revenue for our clients.
The Role :
You will distribute door hangers across designated residential neighborhoods. This role requires you to use your own vehicle as a mobile base. You will drive to your assigned zone, load up your bag, walk at a brisk pace through neighborhoods to deliver materials door-to-door, and reload from your vehicle as you move from block to block. This is a physical role that requires 3-5 hours of walking around neighborhoods.
The Perks & Working Environment
Get Paid to Exercise: This job is 95% on foot. You will easily get your daily steps in and stay active.
Daily Gas Allowance: Provided per each shift.
Zero Customer Service: No talking to customers, no office politics, no mandatory meetings. Put on your headphones, walk your route, and get the job done.
Independent Work: We give you the route and the materials; you manage your pace and execute.

What We Require
Highly Self-Motivated: You will usually work alone. You must have the discipline to finish the assigned route without a manager watching over your shoulder.
Smartphone with Active Data Plan: Mandatory. You must run our GPS tracking app 100% of the time while on a route.
Physical Stamina: You will be walking several kilometers a day in varying weather conditions.
Reliable Transportation: You need a way to transport yourself and the door hangers to the targeted neighborhoods.
Strict Accuracy: While on shift your hanger photos and GPS are tracked. Payment and continued employment rely on Verified deliveries.
Compensation
$17.50 / Hour with performance bonuses included. Your walking speed and efficiency determine overall monthly pay.
