True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a result-driven professional to bring partnership activations to life with precision and creativity.
As a Manager, Partnership Integration, you will work closely with partners of all TNSE subsidiaries, including Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, hockey for all centre, Canada Life Centre, and the Burton Cummings Theatre, to develop and deliver impactful activations, ensuring sponsorship agreements are fulfilled to the highest standards. With a strong focus on driving revenue retention and growth, you will play a key role in shaping meaningful collaborations that enhance the experience for both partners and fans.
What to be excited for in this role:

Manage the execution and activation of all aspects of partnership agreements, including branding, promotional activities, programming, and events.

Understand and establish partnership goals and priorities to ensure they are incorporated into activation strategies.

Participate in partnership planning sessions throughout the season, with regular status calls to monitor progress.

Regularly evaluate the success of the partnership by measuring and reporting results against the partner goals/objectives.

Coordinate and execute all contracted partnership game production elements.

Manage and execute all contracted partnership digital activations and content requirements.

Participate in the development of promotions, programming and/or activations for partners (propose creative solutions, recommendations, and incremental opportunities, where applicable).

Collaborate with the team to support annual partner reporting (activation, mid and post season).
What we need from you:

Post-Secondary Education (Business Administration, B. Comm.), or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a sales or service role.

Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.

Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.

Proactive in anticipating challenges and providing creative solutions.

A strong multitasker with the ability to effectively manage competing demands towards the successful and timely completion of projects.

A superior communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to problem solve quickly, thoroughly, and creatively.

A positive attitude and the ability to work with others in a fun environment.

Working knowledge of the sponsorship, branding, and marketing landscape would be considered a benefit.

Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet department demands, including working nights, weekends, and holidays as hockey and event schedule directs.
