Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver a variety of beauty treatments such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and confidence
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure safety and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product benefits to foster trust and loyalty
- Keep detailed records of services performed and client preferences for future appointments
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on available products that complement their treatments
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail care services and beauty treatments
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques, sanitation protocols, and current beauty trends
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Strong attention to detail in performing treatments safely and hygienically
- Prior experience in retail sales or promoting products is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
