Onkar Insurance is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative. We are searching for a hard working, enthusiastic, professional who is looking for a career with a competitive salary plus commission and multiple bonus packages! Punjabi/Hindi speaking an asset.
Job Duties:
- Answer and transfer inbound calls
- Greet and assist onsite clients and guests
- Respond to and send Emails accordingly
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Maintain organized filing systems physical and electronic
- Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Insurance Industry experience an asset but not required*willing to train the right candidate*
- Previous experience in administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sales experience an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
