Multi-Concept Hospitality Group | Blue Mountain / Collingwood Area
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and operationally strong Brand & Digital Operations Manager to oversee the online presence, marketing execution, guest experience, and digital operations across multiple hospitality concepts.
This is not a basic “social media posting” position.
This role is responsible for managing the digital heartbeat of our businesses — ensuring our brands remain active, engaging, operationally organized, visually strong, and consistently represented across all online and guest-facing platforms.
The ideal candidate understands hospitality culture, branding, customer experience, content creation, digital marketing, online reputation management, promotions, and operational execution.
This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, organization, accountability, and the ability to move quickly in fast-paced hospitality environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage all company social media platforms:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- X
- YouTube
- Snapchat
- Create and schedule engaging photo and video content
- Maintain active and consistent online presence across all concepts
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategies
- Engage with customers online through comments, messages, reposts, and community interaction
Brand & Marketing Management
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns
- Coordinate in-store promotions and activations
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all concepts
- Coordinate signage, promotional materials, menus, campaigns, and digital assets
- Help bring new concepts, launches, and ideas to life
Online Reputation & Guest Experience
- Monitor and manage online reviews across:
- Google
- TripAdvisor
- Facebook
- Uber Eats
- DoorDash
- SkipTheDishes
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest feedback
- Identify operational trends through guest reviews and communicate concerns to management
- Help improve guest satisfaction and online ratings
Website, Reservation & Online Platform Management
- Manage company websites and online ordering systems
- Update menus, promotions, seasonal information, and events
- Manage reservation and booking platforms
- Ensure all guest-facing information remains accurate across all digital platforms
- Coordinate online launches and seasonal updates
Delivery Platform Management
- Manage Uber Eats, DoorDash, and SkipTheDishes
- Ensure menus, pricing, modifiers, hours, and promotions remain current
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal rollouts
Events & Operational Coordination
- Maintain a master calendar of:
- events,
- promotions,
- launches,
- holidays,
- activations,
- and marketing deadlines
- Coordinate rollout of seasonal campaigns and operational updates
- Assist with partnerships, collaborations, and influencer coordination
Email Marketing
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate promotional emails and seasonal communications
- Help build customer engagement and repeat guest retention
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hospitality, restaurant, tourism, or lifestyle branding experience preferred
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business, and content creation tools preferred
- Photography and video creation experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends when required for events or activations
- Reliable transportation required
