Pharmacy Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and patient service.
Most important: This role requires someone who is kind, patient, calm, and cheerful, as our patients are vulnerable and highly sensitive.
Hiring is based on a paid trial period, with no guarantee of continued employment after the trial.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, respect, and professionalism
- Support prescription workflow and pharmacy organization under pharmacist supervision
- Assist with filing, inventory, and daily operational tasks
- Perform pharmacy deliveries as required (compensated accordingly)
- Follow pharmacy policies, privacy rules, and safety standards
Paid Trial Period
- Paid trial period at least one week (not more than 4 weeks)
- Continued employment will be based on performance and overall fit
Qualifications
- Prior pharmacy, or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with patients in an addiction-treatment setting
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful
- Valid driver’s license required for delivery duties
Compensation
- Hourly wage (paid during trial)
- Delivery duties compensated separately according to pharmacy policy
