We’re looking for Server Assistants to help keep service smooth and support the team at Mother Tongue Toronto. You’ll play a key role in the flow of the dining room and overall guest experience. The Role:
As a Server Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the flow of service and maintaining an exceptional dining experience. You’ll assist with table maintenance, food running, and overall dining room organization, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
You will:
- Support smooth service by assisting with table maintenance, resetting, and overall dining room flow.
- Run food and support servers to ensure timely, accurate delivery of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
- Communicate clearly with the service team to help maintain pacing and awareness on the floor.
- Assist with guest needs, anticipating moments where support is required.
- Help uphold a polished, efficient, and consistent guest experience throughout service.
