Opportunity: Journeyman HVAC Technician
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Schedule: 14 & 14, 12 hours per day
Housing: Camp accommodations are provided
Travel: Flights to and from Calgary, Edmonton
Job Location: Fort McMurray Region
Opportunity Description:
To provide quality hands on technical support in the HVAC division.
Qualifications:
Education, Skills & Experience
- Must have OSSA BSO or CSO training certificates.
- Valid CSO accredited Elevated Work Platform, Confined Space and Fall Protection
- A minimum 5 years related work experience.
- Experience in maintenance work in the Fort McMurray oil sands is considered an asset
- Red Seal Interprovincial or Alberta Journeyman Refrigeration Certificate
- Class "A" gas certificate preferred
- The successful candidate will be safety conscious, self-motivated, reliable, flexible and proactive with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated a history of safe HVAC and “A” class gas related practices
