Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
- Maintain cleanliness standards according to company policies and client expectations
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
- Restock supplies and ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary items
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Skills
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, particularly in commercial settings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during shifts
- Good communication skills for working with team members and supervisors
