- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked with attractive presentations
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and overall organization
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering with a focus on customer service excellence
