We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Professional to support our agents with transaction management, compliance, paperwork, and social media initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RECO and brokerage requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit paperwork while maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and agents to ensure smooth transactions.
- Track key dates and deadlines, providing timely reminders and updates to all parties.
- Assist with social media management, including creating and posting updates, listings, and marketing materials.
- Support agents with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communication.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professionalism throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience working within an existing real estate brokerage (required).
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and transaction processes.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, MLS, and document management platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with ability to create engaging posts and assist in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate software tools.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
