Job Summary
We are an established healthcare organization expanding our integrated hearing care services into Vancouver. We are seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner who is clinically strong, motivated, and interested in long-term growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments within scope of practice
- Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on patient needs
- Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing devices
- Provide ongoing patient education and counselling
- Deliver care in both clinic and community partner settings
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Contribute to the continued development of the hearing care service
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Audiology or diploma from an accredited Hearing Instrument Practitioner program
- Current registration/licensure and in good standing to practice as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in hearing testing, device selection, and programming
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent patient communication skills
Preferred Asset:
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are considered a strong asset due to the local community demographics
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $80,000–$100,000 annually
