Join Our Dynamic Team as a QC/Administrative Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a QC/Administrative Specialist. This role is responsible for performing dimensional and visual inspections of machined oil and gas parts, ensuring products meet drawing, customer, and quality requirements. The position also involves completing inspection reports and quality documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with shipping and customer documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with production, purchasing, and customers while supporting NCRs, corrective actions, and general office and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined oil and gas parts.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and customer quality requirements.
- Complete inspection reports, Certificates of Conformance (COCs), and other required quality documentation.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of shipping and customer documentation.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in company records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with production, purchasing, and customers as required regarding quality and documentation requirements.
- Support general office and administrative activities as required.
- Assist with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and other quality-related documentation.
- Ensure inspection and quality documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient quality and administrative filing system.
Qualifications / Experience

- Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or administration is an asset.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment is required.

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
