Venor is proud to partner with A-Tech Roofing in their search for an Accounting & Admin Manager to join their team based out of their head-office in Dieppe, NB.
Built from 10 people to more than 100 — without losing what made it work. A-Tech Roofing is a commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing contractor with a head office in Dieppe and 4 branches across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. A-Tech is still guided by the people who've built it — hands-on ownership, a close-knit office, and a genuine stake in doing right by employees, clients, and the communities they work in across Atlantic Canada.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established, well-run operation and work in a high-trust role at the center of it all. Reporting to the General Manager, the Accounting & Admin Manager will oversee company-wide administrative and financial operations, providing leadership to the administrative support team while working closely with other members of the Operations team.
This opportunity has arisen as part of a planned transition to retirement, giving the incoming candidate the chance to work directly alongside the current Accounting & Admin Manager for a transition period, as needed. Team members have an unwavering commitment to doing what is right — a value reflected in the company's steady growth and remarkably low turnover.

What we offer
- It's a team-oriented environment where "fit" matters as much as technical skill, and the owner is explicit that he wants someone who feels like part of the team, not just a resume that checks boxes.
- It's a well-run, stable operation to step into rather than a mess to clean up, with monthly books that close cleanly and audits that go smoothly
