What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities Place Ville Marie branch is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide superior service along with administrative and operational support to high-net-worth clients and branch employees.

What will you do?

Greet clients in person and on the phone in an open and friendly manner
Assist with daily Canada Post mail, couriers, general administrative tasks, employee setup, event planning, etc.
Complete administrative tasks to support the Branch Management team: manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and provide support to the Branch Administrators when needed

Must-have

Exceptional client relationship management skills
Professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
Ability to complete duties independently and in a team environment, seeking out own answers and solutions
Capacity to adhere to and ensure proper procedures are always followed
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time-management skills

Nice-to-have

Two years of experience in a similar role
