We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various manufacturing roles. Candidates may be involved in palletizing, operating forklifts, and working on the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Forklift:
- operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
- move paper material to designated bulk bin
- change chemical totes
- bust paper bales and chunks of paper
- maintain accurate paperwork
- conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the forklifts and report any issues
- follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Palletizing:
- Operating equipment - start-up & shut down procedures
- Ensure proper stacking and packaging of cellulose bags
- Supervise and lead the production team
- Collaborate with production team to address quality issues
Production Line:
- Remove the impurities from the paper
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- report any issues or discrepancies to the Quality Control Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
- proven experience operating forklifts, working on a production line in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- strong attention to detail and safety practices
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift heavy materials (25lbs) and perform physical tasks
- good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- able to work overtime as needed to meet production needs
- ability to work as a team and communicate effectively to your peers
- must be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hrs. a day

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
