- Over 3 years' restaurant experience with a focus on front of house (FOH) operations.

- Very well organized

- Has exceptional people skills, and the ability to motivate others.

- Training, teaching, and mentoring skills.

- Dedicated to delivering quality service and product.

- Computer literate, and familiarity with restaurant systems.

Responsibilities:

- Focus on guest experience delivery, guest contact, team leadership, and direction of associates to deliver outstanding experiences, each and every time.

- Hire, train, and mentor staff.

- Manage costs, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Achieve positive guest feedback.
