This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a premium automotive brand. Team members will receive extensive EV, hybrid, and high-performance vehicle training — both locally and internationally, including specialized programs in the United States.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, technically advanced, and passionate about working on premium and performance vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on luxury and high-performance vehicles.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, hybrid, and EV systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and OEM procedures.
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Red Seal Certification (required).
- Level 3 or Level 4 technical status, or Full Master Technician designation preferred.
- Automotive Technology Diploma from a recognized institution (asset).
- Previous OEM or manufacturer experience is an asset.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.00 – $45.00, based on experience and certification.
