Join our dynamic automotive team as a 310s Automotive Service Apprentice! Responsibilities
- Assist licensed mechanics with vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and assembly work
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor safely during the repair process
- Support vehicle inspections by checking mechanical components and identifying issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training to develop mechanical knowledge and repair skills
Skills
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Basic understanding of vehicle assembly and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members
