Branch & Stone Landscape & Construction Inc. is an established landscape company committed to providing exceptional property maintenance and landscape services. We are currently looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew and ensure our clients receive high-quality, reliable service.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and has experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew.
- Operate commercial zero-turn lawn mowers safely and efficiently.
- Perform weekly lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property clean-up.
- Tow and maneuver equipment trailers safely to and from job sites.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Identify common mechanical issues and understand the differences between 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines for proper operation and maintenance.
- Ensure work is completed to company quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
- Communicate effectively with management, crew members, and clients when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial lawn maintenance.
- Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers.
- Comfortable towing and backing up trailers.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Working knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines and proper fuel requirements.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- Typical start time: 7:00 AM
