We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us empower others to be ready for anything.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries in person, over the phone, via email and chat.
- Support our sales representatives with clerical duties such as quote creation, data entry and invoicing.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized office environment.
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Support administrative tasks such as store opening/closing and file organization.
The Must-Haves
- A friendly, people-oriented personality with a passion for helping others.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience (office experience an asset).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- A positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
