Nova Skin and Wellness is expanding our clinical service offerings to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to women’s health. We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician to join our team as a lead practitioner for our new Women’s Health & Hormone Optimization program.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between internal wellness and aesthetic medicine. You will work closely with our existing team to assess, manage, and optimize hormonal health for our clients, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. You will be supported by a sophisticated, modern clinical environment and a dedicated support staff, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify hormonal imbalances and health concerns.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and lifestyle optimization strategies.
Provide patient-centered education on the interplay between internal health, aging, and skin vitality.
Collaborate with the Nova Skin and Wellness team to ensure a seamless client experience across all departments.
Maintain meticulous medical records and adhere strictly to provincial regulatory standards and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Currently licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) or the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
Experience: Demonstrated clinical interest or experience in women’s health, endocrinology, or integrative medicine.
Certification: Certification through The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS) is highly preferred; if not currently certified, a willingness to pursue this designation is a significant asset.
Communication: A professional, empathetic, and communicative approach to patient care.
Mindset: A desire to work in a collaborative environment where medical science meets aesthetic innovation.
Pay: $41.69-$99.24 per hour
