The Opportunity
We are looking for an intermediate level Software Developer to join our rapidly growing company in the energy transition sector. In this role you will put to work your web platform development skill set while collaborating alongside of our product and analytics teams to develop are leading edge analytics platform. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, high technical proficiency, and are highly adaptable.
What You’ll Do

Design, build, deploy and support new user-facing features of our analytics platform.

Build reusable front-end components and translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.

Work within trunk-based development process using feature flags to ensure continuous delivery of our product.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts on our advanced analytics platform.

Collaborate with our platform team to design and review new code as part of our continuous delivery process.
Who You Are
-
You have 3+ years experience as a full stack or software developer, ideally in a high-growth industry.

You have strong React.js or Svelte proficiency that you’ve been able to apply on larger scale projects (preferably with continuous delivery approaches).

You have 2+ years experience with NoSQL or relational databases such as Postgres, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.

You have experience with NodeJS for microservices development.

You have experience with Lean and Agile development methodologies (such as Kanban or SCRUM).

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are excited about working in a fast-paced start-up environment and embracing change and ambiguity.

You have a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice To Haves

You have experience with JIRA and similar organizational tools.

You have experience building complex, analytics web platforms.

You have experience with AWS ecosystem.

You have a thorough understanding of web-based charting and data table components.
