Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Verify inventory quantities against system records and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, and storing materials.
- Enter and update inventory information accurately in the ERP/inventory system.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and adjustments as directed.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation.
- Locate and identify materials as required by production and other departments.
- Follow established procedures for material handling and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/ERP systems.
- Ability to perform physical inventory counts.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Forklift experience/certification is an asset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Ability to perform repetitive counting, scanning, and data-entry tasks.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
$19-$20/hour
7:00 – 3:30 Mon – Fri (with OT)
