Job Summary
Castle Property Management is an energetic and relationship-driven Sales & Business Development Coordinator to help us expand our portfolio of property owners and grow our presence in the short-term rental industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, client communication, and business development.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and reach out to potential property owners
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, WeChat, WhatsApp, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Schedule consultations and property evaluations
- Assist with sales presentations and proposals
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly growth targets
Marketing & Business Development
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Support marketing campaigns targeting Canadian and U.S. property owners
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Participate in networking events, webinars, and community outreach
- Help strengthen Castle Property Host's brand presence online
Administrative Support
- Maintain client records and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate communication between prospective clients and internal departments
- Assist with reporting and sales tracking
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or administrative support is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through phone calls, email, and messaging platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Cantonese is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, Airbnb, or property management industries is an asset.
- Comfortable communicating with property owners and business clients.
- Familiarity with lead generation, sales follow-up, and relationship management.
- Interest in real estate, short-term rentals, and the Airbnb industry.

Pay: $42,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
