About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Rental Equipment Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with construction tool or equipment experience. Whether that experience comes from the field, sales, landscaping, mechanics, or operations.
We don’t sell products. We provide equipment rental service to Professionals, and DIYs.
Your ability to understand equipment basics and deliver an exceptional customer experience is what sets you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, service-oriented support to walk-in and contractor customers.
- Answer incoming phone, and email inquiries and qualify customer needs.
- Match customer requests with our available rental fleet.
- Ensuring customer profiles information is up to date and verified.
- Prepare rental agreements and handle front-desk paperwork.
- Coordinate with our yard, shop, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Equipment Knowledge That Helps You Succeed
You bring experience, or strong transferable skills and understanding, from some of the following.
- Dirt Moving Equipment - Mini Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders.
- Aerial Equipment - Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts.
- Light and Heavy-duty, General construction equipment and tools.
- Landscaping Tools and Equipment – Sod cutters, Augers, Chainsaws, Trimmers.
- Basic scaffold understanding
- Experience in Heat, Remediation, and HVAC fields may also be applicable.
If you’re motivated and willing to invest effort early on, we will teach you the rental-specific basics quickly to help you succeed.
Schedule & Compensation
- Compressed work week: 4×10-hour shifts scheduled within a Monday–Saturday rotation
- Starting wages from $20 - $25/hr. Candidates with equipment, construction, or rental experience will qualify for a higher initial wage
- Merit review: Available quickly for engaged learners
- Monthly Bonus: Eligibility at completion of onboarding.
