Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in cottages.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain custodial supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently when required for maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with custodial practices, including proper use of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
