As an Event Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in bringing events to life. No experience? No problem. We provide full training to set you up for success.
Duties
Transform Spaces: Load, transport, and set up event games and equipment.
Host the Fun: Operate interactive games and engage with event guests.
Stay Organized: Assist with warehouse duties, including maintaining, cleaning, and organizing equipment.
Problem-Solve: Help troubleshoot equipment issues with training provided.
Deliver Service: Be a professional, friendly, and helpful face at all events.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to consistently lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 80+ lbs.
- A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving and operating 1–3 ton trucks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, especially during May–June.
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Bonus: Basic handyman or mechanical skills (but we’ll train you!).
Pay: From $27.00 per hour

- Do you have a valid Class 5 driver’s license? This position requires you to be comfortable driving 1–5 ton trucks and, occasionally, towing a trailer.
- Are you available to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. In addition are you comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions?
- Are you able stand on your feet for long periods of time?
