Qualifications
● 4+ years in MRO, maintenance, operations — manufacturing or food/beverage plant exposure strongly preferred.
● Working familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms (FIIX preferred) and ERP-generated reports (PO history, GR records, stock ledgers).
● Proven stakeholder-management skills — able to chase busy plant staff (Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, Quality) without derailing the timeline.
● Comfortable reading engineering documents (P&IDs, BOMs, drawings) well enough to judge completeness, even without an engineering background.
● Good written and oral communication.
