Position: Customer Service Associate

Pay: $20-$23 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities
About the Role: As a Customer Service Associate at Halson Décor, your primary goal is to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll be the face of our store, providing top-notch service and assisting with all paint-related needs. From color matching to maintaining inventory, your role will be both varied and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Engage with contractors and customers to provide exceptional service and expert advice.
- Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure paint chips and shelves are fully stocked and organized for optimal customer access.
- Precision and Accuracy: Perform color and stain matching, tint paint to customer specifications, and guarantee accuracy in paint can orders.
- Support Store Operations: Assist with receiving deliveries, opening and closing the store, and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred (1 year each)
- Reliable transportation to commute or plan to relocate to Hamilton, ON
- Availability to work day shifts and weekends
