Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of computer networking, operating systems, and various technical tools.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and effective support.
- Troubleshoot computer issues, including but not limited to operating systems and applications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with network-related issues, including LAN configurations and VPN connectivity problems.
- Utilize ticketing system for ticket management and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in help desk operations with experience in computer troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, including LAN setups and VPNs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with a ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
