Robertson & Company is seeking a Contractor Re-Engagement Coordinator to play a critical role in activating one of our most valuable assets — our historical contractor network. This role is focused on high-volume re-engagement, data accuracy, and pipeline creation. You will be responsible for reconnecting with former Robertson contractors, refreshing their profiles, and transforming inactive records into submission-ready candidates aligned to current opportunities. If you are detail-obsessed, process-driven, and energized by structured, high-volume work, this is an ideal entry point into a long-term career in staffing and talent operations.
For over 25 years, Robertson has been recognized for its integrity, market expertise, and high-quality search delivery across Finance and Professional Services.
