Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members’ peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
- Handle general maintenance requests within 72 hours of receipt.
- Respond to urgent general maintenance calls.
- Carry out general maintenance on vacant units and touch-ups according to agreed-upon quality standards.
- Maintain common areas and the building.
- Coordinate rotating unit inspections with the customer service team.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and produce reports.
- Ensure that work done by contractors meets agreed-upon quality standards.
- Assist with snow removal.
- Perform other assigned tasks and help with other projects as needed.
- Training and Experience
Requirements
- 2 years of general maintenance
- experience 3 years of renovation experience (a plus)
Technical Requirements
- Practical knowledge of French, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with technology tools (a plus)
Non-Technical Requirements
- Tools from the list (to be presented during the interview) must be in possession before the end of the probation period
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours, walk, climb stairs, and lift loads
- Ability to handle up to 90 kg with the proper equipment
- Ability to solve problems effectively on the first try
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with other staff members
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self-confidence
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle in possession
