SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst
Job location: Montreal, Brossard, Sherbrooke, Valcourt, Toronto (2-3 days/ week)
Project Duration: Until January 29, 2027, with the possibility of renewal
Context
Our client is seeking an HR Technology Functional Analyst to support the development and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors platform in an international environment.
The successful candidate will join a team specializing in HR technologies that supports various HR processes, transformation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across all group entities worldwide.
Their primary responsibility will be to gather business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and configure SuccessFactors while ensuring process quality and consistency.
Tasks:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors according to user needs and best practices.
- Perform functional testing and validate new configurations before deployment.
- Provide functional support to users and resolve incidents.
- Document system configurations, processes, integrations, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams, as well as various stakeholders, in an international context.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the SuccessFactors platform.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in functional analysis and configuration of SuccessFactors.
- Experience in writing functional specifications.
- Experience in functional testing (UAT/SIT) and solution validation.
- Experience in providing functional support to users.
Pay: $75.00-$85.00 per hour
