Gas Technicians – Immediate Openings in Sydney, N.S.
SUPREME TANK Inc. is Sydney, NS based company which has been servicing the propane needs of Atlantic Canada for over 25 years. We specialize in everything from propane equipment installation and maintenance to the filling, refurbishment, delivery, and exchange of propane tanks of all sized. We are known for our efficient delivery methods and excellent customer service capabilities.
We are seeking to hire fulltime Gas Technicians for our Sydney, Nova Scotia location. Job will involve servicing both commercial and residential customer needs through either routine maintenance and service calls on existing systems or installing new equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
· Valid Gas Technician (G1 or G2) Licence (REQUIRED)
· Valid Driver’s Licence (Class 3 or Class 1 are assets)
· Clean Driver’s Abstract
· One year relevant work experience
· HVAC, WHMIS and TDG are assets
· Any valid Petroleum Gas Licences are assets

Your Responsibilities:
· Installation and service of residential and commercial propane equipment including repairs, installation and service of propane tanks and propane appliances.
· Ensuring all necessary inventory items such as supplies, parts, materials, and equipment are on hand to perform daily work orders and meet customer requirements.
· Accurately prepare and submit daily work orders and supporting documentation.
· Conduct and maintain the highest standard of safety and ensure compliance with regulations established by various regulatory bodies.
· Provide exceptional customer service by promoting the company and its products and services in a positive manner and maintaining good customer relations through actions and dialogue.
