- Door Production
- Window & Door Installer
- Lead Window & Door Installer
Whether you're looking to get started in the trades, have a few years of construction experience, or you're an experienced installer ready to lead a crew, we want to hear from you.
PAY | $18.00-$33.00 PER HOUR
Starting wage will depend on the position, previous experience, certifications, skill level and ability to take on responsibility.
All new hires will begin with a 3-month probationary period, followed by a formal performance and wage review based on demonstrated skills, reliability, workmanship and overall performance.

DOOR PRODUCTION:
A great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building a quality finished product.
You'll help with the production and preparation of interior door systems, use hand and power tools, maintain an organized work area, and ensure products meet Targetts' quality standards.
Previous construction or production experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and wants to learn.
WINDOW & DOOR INSTALLER:
Work as part of our installation team completing residential and commercial window and door projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Removing and installing windows and exterior doors
- Preparing openings and completing installation work
- Loading and unloading materials Using hand and power tools safely
- Protecting customer property and maintaining clean job sites Following Targetts' installation, quality and safety standards
- Providing a professional experience for our customersConstruction, renovation, carpentry, or window and door experience is an asset.
LEAD WINDOW & DOOR INSTALLER:
For experienced installers and carpenters who are ready to take the lead. As a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading window and door installation projects
- Directing and supporting members of your install crew
- Ensuring installations meet our workmanship and quality standards
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Identifying and solving job-site challenges
- Keeping projects organized and on schedule
- Helping develop and train other members of the Install TeamWe're looking for someone with strong carpentry and installation experience who takes pride in their work and is comfortable taking ownership of a job from start to finish.

Depending on the position, the ideal candidate will have:
- Construction, renovation, carpentry, production, or installation experience
- Experience with windows and doors considered a strong asset
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
