The Supervisor, Maintenance Control Center (MCC) is part of the multidisciplinary team of the Operations Control Center and acts as a representative of the Technical Operations Department. He/she maintains liaisons between the various services of Technical and Flight Operations Departments. The Supervisor also contributes to the coordination of actions of the Maintenance Department to maintain a high level of safety, reliability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of the MEL submitted by the technicians or the pilots while ensuring that the restrictions are consistent with the planned operation;
Provide technical support to the pilots and the stations;
Coordinate the work of all stakeholders in an AOG situation at outbase and ensure the follow up on parts order and/or the sending of a “rescue team”;
Produce daily reports for operational and technical monitoring (delay reports, incident reports, MEL lists, etc.);
Participate in daily meetings and follow up actions to ensure the established planning.
Requirements
Hold a Licence of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) M2; (Avionic or Mechanic)
Possess ten (10) years of experience in aircraft maintenance;
Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems and structures;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Able to make informed, firm and precise decisions, while exercising good judgment and leadership;
An outstanding communicator, able to disseminate information in ambiguous situations;
Demonstrates interpersonal flexibility;
Able to work effectively as a team in a stressful environment;
Ability to operate in multitasking and highly adaptable;
Bilingualism (French / English);
Spanish or another language is an asset;
Good organizational skills, autonomy and resourcefulness;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, AMOS);
The candidate must be available to do flexible hours according to operational needs.
